Kazemi Complex Building

The existence of a semi-constructed building with concrete columns and ceilings, and the client whose needs had changed after the design and implementation of the structure and was looking for a multi-functional complex. A design that includes a gym, business units, a collection of beauty and cosmetic salons, reception halls and restaurants on 7 floors and 2 floors of underground parking with a total of 12,000 square meters. Designing a unified facade and designing functional plans among the multitude of existing columns was the main challenge of the project.
